The Green Lantern Ring is a ring that summons a random piece of equipment at the beginning of a battle. The type of equipment summoned is determined by your respect type: if you have negative respect, the Green Lantern Ring summons a weapon. If you have positive respect, the Green Lantern Ring summons a piece of armor. Similarly, the strength of the equipment summoned is determined by your respect rank. As you move up through the respect ranks, your Green Lantern Ring will be able to summon stronger equipment. Additionally, it will have a better chance of summoning strong equipment and eventually stop summoning weak equipment.
Also, like most rings, it provides raw stat bonuses that are dependent upon the amount and type of your respect stat.

Specific Details
For negative/positive respect, the Green Lantern Ring gives you +[ 25 + 50(R–RANK) + TRB ] Attack/Defense and Speed.
It also summons a random +10(R–RANK) to +100(R–RANK) weapon/armor.
The equipment it summons stacks with your currently equipped equipment. For example, if it summons a BFG (+1300 Attack), and you have a Level 5 Can Cannon (+750 Attack) equipped, your total Attack bonus from your weapons would be +2050 Attack.
