Specific Details

For negative/positive respect, the Respect Ring gives you +[ –1100 + 50(R–RANK) + TRB ] Attack/Defense and Speed, meaning that it does not provide any raw stat bonuses whatsoever.

Its main purpose is to boost your respect gains from battles by [ 5(20 – R–RANK) ]%.

It also has the ability to flip your current respect type:

  • If you have negative respect, every time you attack and win against someone with negative respect, the counter on your Respect Ring will increase by 1; once that counter reaches 30, your respect type will change from negative to positive. If you attack and win against someone with positive respect before the counter reaches 30, the counter on your Respect Ring will reset to 0.
  • If you have positive respect, every time you attack and win against someone with positive respect, the counter on your Respect Ring will increase by 1; once that counter reaches 30, your respect type will change from positive to negative. If you attack and win against someone with negative respect before the counter reaches 30, the counter on your Respect Ring will reset to 0.

Table of Bonuses

The following is a table detailing the Respect Ring's stat bonuses and special effects at each respect rank.

Since the respect-flipping feature of the Respect Ring is not influenced by respect rank, it is not mentioned in this table.
