Spooky Biscuit is a food item that would give you 15T upon consumption, if you could bring yourself to consume it, that is.
When fed to a rat, it changes their subtype into a lvl20 Vampire Rat. This transformation lasts for 7 days before reverting them back to normal.
It is a Halloween Event food item. Players have a chance of finding one when they dump the contents of a Trick-or-Treat Basket into their Trolly. It can be found in the Improved Dumpster if someone throws one away.
