In-N-Out is a location in the City that sells a variety of items that can be bought with Food Stamps. It is also home to the famous Double-Double.
Inventory
With the exception of the Extra Large Fry Basket and the Double-Double, all In-N-Out items can only be purchased once per month.

Each regular In-N-Out Menu item can be purchased once per month. The fry basket and double double are not regular items.
* Friends and gangmates can eat leftovers from your player profile page after you've eaten the fries. Leftovers give +20 awake and don't use up a meal. You can only eat leftover fries once per day. Uneaten leftovers are discarded during the midnight reset.
** You must be at least level 100 and own a club membership card to make use of this item.
