The Gold Folding Chair is a weapon that adds +2,000 Attack when equipped. Other benifits include the ability to help resolve ties and providing a sneak attack that deals 20% damage to opponents.
The Gold Folding Chair has a limited lifespan of 20 initiated fights or 20 days, whichever comes first. Upon expiring, it is destroyed and reduced to two Golden Rods. If you had the Gold Folding Chair equipped when it expires, one of the Golden Rods will be auto-equip to prevent you from being weaponless.
