Similar to the Grammys or the Emmys, citizens of the Hobo community nominate and vote for their favorite players in a wide variety of categories that change slightly every year. Having a Bummy title is a huge bragging right and there is fierce competition for even the ‘worst’ of them. Campaigning is allowed and encouraged for the two week period leading up to the final voting round.
