The Food Bank is a unlockable location in the City that is exclusive to Facebook HoboWars & HoboArena. Although named as Soup Kitchen in HoboArena, the locations are generally identical across the two versions. Severing primarily as a place for begging, access is only granted after upgrading to the 3rd begging level.
