Ministers:

• Hexcon - Previously ID 4. He was demoted to secretary as he was accused of selling stats for money. He later resigned from secretary but regained the position over a year later; however, he has been destaffed for inactivity and now deleted.

• Demon - A minister early in the game. He resigned because he was too busy working on his own game and has since been long deleted.

• Stinky Steve - Some consider him the greatest staff member ever. Steve decided to pursue life goals, rather than continue on HoboWars. When his deletion finally came it was an emotional event for all who knew Steve. His father still plays though, and continues to tell anyone who asks how Steve is doing.

Vice Ministers:

• Rage - Rage is still considered infamous. He went on a deleting spree due to boredom and was soon destaffed and deleted. Many people (Including Andy, who made an avatar for Rage that included a very "Happy" man, with a nice sweater) also joked about Rage and made him out to be very homosexual. Rage has since returned to HoboWars, although he has only revealed his identity to a select few. He has decided to keep a low profile for the time being.

• Kate - A.K.A. Blondie. Almost as mysterious as Ruiner himself. She played a large part in HoboWars as has retained the status Secretary as a tribute to all she has done for HoboWars. She is still periodically active, but spend most of her time on Critticage, where she is a high powered staff member.

Secretary's:

• [CrAzY] Chedburn- A.K.A Cheddars and Chedtard. Possibly one of the most disliked staff in HoboWars history. Chedburn was the leader of the infamous [CrAzY] DïdžĆÖR§HîP and owner of the less known, [CrAzY] Junior. Chedburn eventually left HoboWars to pursue his own gaming ambitions, TornCity. Many people felt that Chedburn turned his back on HoboWars, making him liked even less.

• (:·) Rev VC - Rev was a long time secretary until a loss of a family member opened his eyes to his life and he decided to put his time towards better things. He made his official announcement in early April 2007. And was destaffed on April 8th, 2007.

• Alex DeLarge - Known mostly as "Alex" he was possibly the youngest staff member ever on HoboWars. As a mere teenager Alex was promoted to Secretary. After a while he soon lost interest and quit HoboWars. He has since returned and is now an Editor.

• Chameleon - A secretary a long time ago, he was destaffed/deleted for inactivity.

• Charlney - Made infamous for hacking up his toes on webcam. He has since been destaffed/deleted due to inactivity.

• Gigz - Resigned to become a pilot. He has since been deleted

• Ali G - He was deleted/destaffed due to inactivity. There have been reports that he has returned but these reports have not been proved and most have simply forgotten.
