General Information

Each week, you can sign-up to join the UFC. Sign-up begins at the completion of the previous UFC (usually Thursday or Friday) and lasts until Sunday at noon reset. Sign-up costs vary depending on which week it is and the version of the game

  • Week 1: $10,000 (HW1) / $500 (FBHW)
  • Week 2: $50,000 (HW1) / $1,000 (FBHW)
  • Week 3: $100,000 (HW1) / $5,000 (FBHW)
  • Week 4: $250,000 (HW1) / $10,000 (FBHW)
  • Week 5: $500,000 (HW1) / $25,000 (FBHW)

  • And then the cycle starts over.

UFC fights have multiple factors that determine how fights are run:

  • Skills: These are the skills from the skill shop. They are fired the same way in the UFC as they are in normal hobo fights.
  • Effects: These are the candy or booze status effects. They can also be the negative effects from being dumped in a dumpster as well.
  • Rats: Rats will run every 5 turns like in normal fights if allowed.
  • Gear: This is your armory pieces. There are 3 categories (disabled means nothing allowed; allowed means any armory piece is allowed and full features will be used; "only base damage" - adventure weapons special features will not be allowed, only the base amounts).
  • Behavior: Determines if characters will follow their preset behaviors or not.
  • Health: Determines whether or not your health will be reset between each round or not.
  • Battle Length: How long battles are allowed to run. If more than one fighter is still alive when time runs out, the judges will determine a winner based on damage dealt and damage taken. Possible values are 100, 250, 500, 1000, or unlimited.

At noon on Sunday, all fighters are randomly put into groups of 5. Fights begin at Sunday PM reset and continue throughout the week. The winners of each bracket are then combined to form the next series of brackets until only one fighter remains.

Betting on UFC fighters

You may bet on who you think is going to win the UFC. Betting costs are the same amount as the entry cost, and you may bet on one person or any number of people. Each time one of the fighters you bet on wins a bracket, you receive one ticket. (A fighter that wins 3 brackets means you receive 3 tickets).

The amount of money you win from betting is then determined as: ( # Tickets Received ) * (T otal UFC Betting Pot / Total # of Winning Tickets )

    • Note: This 5% reduction is only in UFC fights and is cumulative which means if they win a 2nd time, they lose 5% of 95% (90.25%).
