The Dive Bar is the fourth stop in Canbodia and is unlocked after completing Mission 8. The main purpose of the Dive Bar is to offer some expensive new alcoholic beverages. Given that there is a new alcoholic beverage unlocked every mission, we're not surprised.
The Menu
The Dive Bar serves up shots and only shots. Tons of them. And they are pretty expensive, but offer some of the highest stat gains obtained from alcoholic beverages.
