The Hobo Grail is your grand reward for completing the Second City Adventures. The Grail gives you 10T per day and resets on the AM reset.
The Grail can be upgraded to give you 15T per day if you use one of the Wishes given to you to redeem at Loompa Land.
It is a relatively common item.
