To obtain the bottle, you need to lift yourself up in the Fizzy Lifting Room of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory by eating the Fizzy Lifting Soda and flipping the switch in the room.
You cannot obtain the Bottle of Lye until Day 7 of the Hoburbia Adventures
