The One Beer is a temorary adventure drink that, upon consumption, instantly increases your BAL to 0.05% over your max BAL causing you to blackout, however you will not lose life or drinking stat due to it. The One Beer is re-usable and will be kept for the duration of your adventure.
The The One Beer does not reward you with any stats upon consumption.
