The Packet of Sugar is a unique ingredient in that it doesn't get used in the mixer, but it still needs to be added to use the Lemonade mixed drink. The Packet of Sugar requires you to reach level 1000 before you can tear it and create the Open Packet of Sugar item in your backpack. Once you have the Open Packet of Sugar, you can use it in your backpack to sweeten your Lemonades so you can drink them.
It is a relatively common item.
