Not to be confused with the The Big Tree's gifts, the Xmas Gift is part of the April Fool's Day Mini Adventure. It is mysteriously found in your backpack. Opening the Xmas Gift yields a Yellow Jumpsuit. Note that each hobo is limited to only one.
