Smart Cookie is a food item that gives you 20T and 5 Intelligence upon consumption. Originally introduced with the re-envisioning of HoboArena. It is currently able to be obtained on other versions of HoboWars via Arena Packages.
There was no Intel caps during HoboArena round 1, so there was no worry about not receiving the reward after a certain Intel level. On the main versions,
