A Gingerbread Bum is a food item that gives you 25T and the Gingerbread Breath status effect upon consumption.
The Gingerbread Bum can only be obtained through the special Christmas Event, though they can conceivably be obtained through the Improved Dumpster should someone throw theirs out.
