The Traveling Carnival appears for 2-4 days in a row at least once every 10 days.
It is an reoccurring event, that has several different tents to visit. HoboWars and Facebook HoboWars carnivals share the same content while HoboArena has its own exclusive tents. Currently, Hobowars2 is the only version that the Traveling Carnvial does not appear in at all.

Matching Game
The Matching Game is a simple face-down card game that rewards you with prizes based on matching cards you flip over.
Haunted House
The Haunted House is a multi-level environment you have to traverse through without being scared too much you are afraid to move. There are 5 final rewards possible if you are can make it through before getting scared stiff.
HoboArena
Internet Tent
Use this tent to redeem your Wonka Bar Wrappers. These can give you various rewards.
- Wonka Bars can be found Dumpster Diving at the Corner 7/11
- It is common to find Golden Ticket when you redeem your first wrapper. It has no purpose in HoboArena.
Fizzy Lifting Tent
Using a Fizzy Lifting Soda, you can use this tent to acquire random stat gains until you hit the bottom. These gains are typically higher than your training level.
Technicolor Tent
This is the main feature of the carnival. To access it, you must reach level 70 to unlock & purchase the Garden Shears.
Typically, one would find the most benefit to explore in here, when the "air is so thick you could swim in it". This will yield peak fermented berries. The more fermented berries are, the more gains to stats and health you will receive upon consuming them. This area is nearly identical to Technicolor Jungle that the other versions have, with the exception of no access to the Mines or Hobosaurus Rex.
Carnival Candy Stand
In this tent, you can buy a selection of Halloween candies for Food Stamps. The stand's inventory is:
