A SARS Bar is a food item that gives you 15T and the SARS status effect upon consumption.
It is a Halloween Event food item. Players have a chance of finding one when they dump the contents of a Trick-or-Treat Basket into their Trolly. It can only be found in the Improved Dumpster if someone throws one away.
