The Jolly Rancher is an ingredient used to make the Sorrowful Penguin and Time Traveler mixed drinks.
It can be found in the Improved Dumpster if someone throws one away. It is also been proven to be an occasional Halloween Event food item. Players have a random chance of finding one when they dump the contents of a Trick-or-Treat Basket into their Trolly.
It is a very rare item.
